One More Time Volunteers

Seven County and the One More Time Stores were well represented in some local parades, with more yet to come. Shown above is the float that was entered into the Isle Days Parade in July.   The riders and parade walkers are: (l to r) Marcella Hoefert , Marlys Makela, Judy Kramer, Margaret Neff, Marge Herke, Judy Koetke, Joyce White, Cleo Neff, Bob Hoefert, Dick Kramer (Mr. Fix-it).  Not pictured is the boat owner and loaner Gayle Koetke - many thanks. And, by the way… the float took 3rd place, too!

Volunteers Recognized For 2009 Service

Seven County took time to offer special recognition to their volunteers at the annual Christmas Party luncheon.  Over 100 volunteers were on hand to take part in the festivities.  A delicious lunch, some awful jokes and some really great music rounded out the day’s activities.  There was also special recognition for a number of volunteers who logged over 1,000 hours in 2008.

Thank You

Shown above are:  (l to r)  Dean Hiljus (1,684 hours), Tom Moore (1,456 hours), and Adeline Norberg  (1,236 hours).   Many thanks to all of our volunteers who help make Seven County a vibrant and growing organization in Minnesota.

Also recognized for over 1,000 hours of volunteersim in 2009 is Carolyn Wicklund (at left) getting her award from 7 County President Lila Skramstad.
